Vertical probing station

  • The novel double-sided probing station is designed for vertical path of device under test. For example, PCB via, IC test socket, and BGA substrate, etc.
  • Double-sided probing can reduce the errors from dual paths measurement of traditional probing, and improve the limitation of the bandwidth for more applications.

  • Verification and comparison with using the double-sided probing and EM simulator result that were matching up to 20 GHz.
